Create a campus and use a separate challan design
Open Setup → Institute Setup.
School & campuses
EDUBase billing staff can choose Add campus. Enter the campus name and city, then choose Create campus. The new row stays a draft until then. Discard it with Remove campus. Existing campuses continue saving edits automatically. Creating a campus still needs the existing billing authority and Create Campus permission.
Challan branding
If there is more than one campus, choose the campus at the top. Set copies, paper, fields to print, bank details, footer, note, copy names and student photo. These edits save as a draft for that campus. Enable Apply these settings for this campus to override existing Challan Settings when printing. Turn it off to return to the existing settings.
The preview follows the selected campus. Brand colours and Payment QR stay school-wide. The bank logo is managed through Challan Settings. Challan amounts and payments are unchanged.
