Open View Marks
Open Exam & Attendance → View Marks and SMS. Choose From and To dates, then use Get Record to load matching results. Changing a date alone does not load a new result list. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps your date choices, current results, filters, page, selections and any open dialog while this page stays open.
Review and select results
Use the existing search and column filters to narrow the results. Choose a page size and use the page controls when needed. Select individual results or use the header checkbox for the current page. Results selected on another page can remain selected; review your selection before using an action.
Existing result actions
The existing Delete, parent-app visibility and Update Marks controls keep their permissions and behavior. Deleting results uses the existing permanent-delete confirmation. Result messaging keeps the selected contacts, channel and Parent App Notification choice. Where available, review the existing message preview before sending; changing layout does not send a message or update a result.
Loading and exports
The page keeps its existing loading and error messages. This layout adds no Retry or extra result action. Excel and PDF use all results matching the current filters, rather than only the visible page or selected rows.
Read wide results
In the new view on a narrow screen, scroll the results table horizontally to read its full width. Browser printing keeps the original rendered page scope. Changing layout does not print or export automatically.
