Learning brings courses and vacation learning into one place. Open New → Learning → Learning Studio.
Create and publish
Create a course for a campus, class, section and subject. Add ordered units and video, reading, assignment or quiz lessons. Upload MP4/WebM videos up to 90 MB or PDF, image and text resources up to 10 MB. Supported lecture links are HTTPS YouTube and Vimeo; MP4/WebM lectures can be uploaded privately. Save a draft, check the lessons, then publish. Only the selected class sees a published course.
AI notes
Enter lesson text or a transcript before generating notes. AI creates a draft summary, key points and flashcards from that source; it does not watch a video link. Review and edit the draft, then save the notes for learners. Generation has a daily limit and can fail when the AI provider is unavailable.
Learning and feedback
Parents open Academics → Learning in the updated app for their selected child. Learners watch or read lessons, save progress, submit assignments and take quizzes. Teachers review assignments in Learning Reports, add feedback and return work for resubmission. Quiz scores are calculated on the server and attempt limits apply.
Access
The school must enable Learning Management System in its module settings and grant the relevant Learning pages to staff. Teachers work within their assigned classes. Learner Preview lets authorised staff check the published experience for a selected student. Existing Student Diary remains available separately.
Meeting links
Edit a lesson in Learning Studio and paste its Zoom or Google Meet participant link into Meeting link. Save the lesson and publish the course. Learners select Join meeting in Learner Preview or Academics → Learning in the Parents/Students app. Clear the field to remove the link. Create the meeting in Zoom or Google Meet first; EDUBase does not connect provider accounts or create meetings automatically. Provider sign-in, passcodes and waiting rooms still apply. Use participant links, not host start links. Meeting links are separate from video lecture URLs and do not record attendance or generate notes from a live call.
