Use the existing Change Password form
On the existing Change Password page, keep the same user and form open. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps the same form open and preserves the entries you have made.
Keep the original password checks
When changing your own password, the original form asks for Current Password. When resetting another user's password, the original notice and Reset Password action remain unchanged. New Password and Confirm New Password keep their existing matching and minimum-length checks. The layout choice adds no new security check, Retry or password action.
Use the original actions
Change Password, Reset Password, Cancel, loading, errors and pending behavior keep their existing behavior. Switching views does not submit the form or change a password. A successful password change keeps its original return to Users & Privileges.
