Dashboard Widgets let you build your own dashboard out of report summary cards. Each widget shows a few key numbers, expands in place for more detail, and its own Open report link goes straight to the full report behind it.
Adding widgets
From your Dashboard, choose Add widgets to open the Widgets screen, which has three tabs:
- My dashboard. The widgets you have already added, in the size and order you want them.
- Widget library. Every widget you are allowed to see, ready to add.
- Permissions. Super Admins only — decide whether each widget is open to everyone or restricted to the users picked here.
Who sees what
A Super Admin can always see every widget. For anyone else, a widget is visible to everyone unless a Super Admin has restricted it to specific users on the Permissions tab.
