Most screens in EDUBase open with a short box that says, in a sentence or two, what the screen is for. It ends with Read the full guide, which opens that screen's article here in Documentation.
Short videos
Where EDUBase has recorded a walkthrough of a screen, the box (or the top of the page) shows a small Watch button with the video's length, for example Watch (0:35). Press it and the video plays on the same page — you do not leave your work. Press Close video to hide it again. Videos come only from the official EDUBase channel on YouTube (youtube.com/@EDUBaseCloudSoftware) or from EDUBase's own video storage.
Hiding the box
Press Hide on the box to fold it away. EDUBase remembers that on your computer for that screen, so a screen you use every day stays clean. Press Show to bring it back.
Where the text comes from
EDUBase keeps the short note, the guide link and the video for every screen in one place and updates them without an app update, so the help you see is always the current one. If a note or a video looks out of date, tell EDUBase support which screen it is on.
Roman Urdu: Aksar screens ke upar aik chhota box hota hai jo do jumlon mein batata hai ke yeh screen kis kaam ki hai, aur Read the full guide se poori guide khulti hai. Jahan EDUBase ne video banayi hai wahan Watch ka button nazar aata hai; dabane se video isi page par chalti hai. Box ko Hide se band kar sakte hain.
Sharp on a slow connection
Screen videos play in full HD (1080p) from EDUBase's own servers, not from YouTube's adaptive stream, so a slow internet connection does not make them blurry. The video for the screen you are on starts loading quietly a moment after the page opens, so by the time you press Watch it is usually ready to play at once. Open on YouTube under the video opens the same video on YouTube to share it. If the HD copy cannot load, the YouTube player opens in its place automatically.
