Open Familywise Direct Payment
Open Admissions → Familywise Payment. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps your current form entries while this page stays open.
Find the family and enter payment
Choose the Payment Date and receiving account. Enter the Family No. and use the existing search to show its active students. Review the rows, enter the paid amounts and check the totals before using Pay Challan/s. Pay Challan/s & Send SMS also sends the existing payment messages. The existing family receipt options remain available after payment; changing layout does not pay, send or print.
Loading and account availability
The form keeps its existing loading, account notice and payment controls. This layout adds no new Retry or payment confirmation. Follow the existing receiving-account notice if an account is unavailable.
Review before paying
Check every amount and the displayed total before making a payment. Your existing payment-date limits, permissions and receipt choices remain the same.
