Open a record
Open Result Card Layouts and click the record Edit pencil.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. The choice is shared by the list, upload and edit pages. Switching views keeps your current draft and page address; it does not save, upload or delete a layout. Existing access remains unchanged.
Update the title
Check the loaded record and change its Layout title. Update saves the title directly and returns to the list after success. The existing document cannot be replaced here. To use another document, follow the existing list deletion and new upload process. The document link keeps its existing behavior.
Keep your draft
Switching views keeps your entered title. Loading a replacement record still refreshes its title as before. Check the record before pressing Update.
Loading and recovery
If the required list data fails, use Retry result card layout reads to reload failed reads. The new view keeps your loaded form and draft for recovery while hiding it during required reads. A missing record keeps the original failure message; Retry is offered only for failed reads, not for a missing record. Failed updates are not replayed automatically; use Update when ready.
Native Print
Native Print keeps the existing rendered form and control visibility. No new paper format or export is added.
