Open Student Yearly Fee Increment
Open General → Extras → Student Yearly Fee Increment. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps your current page entries while this page stays open.
Review the yearly fees
Choose From Year and To Year, then use Submit to show that range. Use the campus and class filters to narrow the table. Edit the displayed yearly amounts carefully: leaving an edited fee cell uses the existing automatic save. Save Changes also saves remaining edited rows. Changing the layout does not change this saving behavior.
Add a year or a campus/class plan
Use Add Year and Add to add a year. Use Add Fee Plan to open the existing campus and class form. These actions change your yearly fee setup; review your choices before using them.
Loading and saving
The table keeps its existing loading, save notices and error behavior. Follow the page notices if a read or save fails. Your existing permissions and fee calculations remain the same.
