Open General → Extras → Students By User. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps the current page state while this page stays open.
Keep your own-record list
This page keeps its existing list of students created by the signed-in user, along with its original filters, columns and selected rows. Switching views does not change who created a record or perform a selected-row action.
Use the existing actions
Student forms, messages, documents and other list actions keep their original behavior and permissions. The layout choice adds no new action, Retry or Save control. The original loading and error behavior remains unchanged.
