Open the video library
Use the Support link to open the video library. Choose a type and category, then browse the available videos. Enter a title and press Enter or use Search to apply the search. Watch Video opens the existing video link; Copy link copies that link.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps your current choices and entries while this page stays open.
Manage videos when allowed
Only users with existing permission can use the video management controls. Add Video and Edit keep their existing category, title and link fields. Save Video or Update Video applies those changes. Delete opens the existing confirmation; Cancel closes it without deleting. These videos belong to the shared support library.
Keep the existing library
The video cards, search and existing loading behavior stay the same. Changing layout does not open a video, copy a link, save or delete anything.
