Open WhatsApp Service
Open Core Settings → WhatsApp Service. The page heading is Add WhatsApp. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps the current page state while this page stays open.
Keep the existing service choices
The existing sending service and message-history choices keep their original behavior. Changing either setting saves that setting through its existing control. Switching the page layout does not change the sending service or message-history setting.
Use the existing download information
When available, the Windows sender card keeps Download for Windows and Copy link. Schools use their own Windows computer or their own Walink account; this page does not provide a hosted WhatsApp portal. Download availability, provider eligibility, message balance and history policy remain unchanged. The layout choice adds no new connection, sending action, Retry or Save control.
