Orders move from placed to confirmed, ready for collection and delivered. Delivery creates one sale and deducts stock once. Orders do not reserve stock. Cancel before delivery with a reason. No notification is sent automatically.
Open General → School Shop → Parent Orders. Your school administrator grants access in Users & Privileges. Stock changes when a purchase is saved or a sale is completed. Parent orders reserve no stock until delivery. Check the displayed totals before confirming a financial action.
