Register an outside shop and agree a percentage or per-item commission. Record its sales statement to calculate commission due, then record receipts. External sales do not reduce school counter stock.
Open General → School Shop → Partner Shops. Your school administrator grants access in Users & Privileges. Stock changes when a purchase is saved or a sale is completed. Parent orders reserve no stock until delivery. Check the displayed totals before confirming a financial action.
