Read sales, net income, snapshotted cost and profit by period and campus. Unknown costs are disclosed rather than treated as zero. Stock, purchase, supplier, order and partner reports use the same source records as their screens.
Open General → School Shop → Reports. Your school administrator grants access in Users & Privileges. Stock changes when a purchase is saved or a sale is completed. Parent orders reserve no stock until delivery. Check the displayed totals before confirming a financial action.
