Choose parent visibility, categories, payment choices, approval and collection message. Your school must also have School Shop enabled. Turning visibility off hides it at the next refresh and refuses new parent orders.
Open General → School Shop → Settings. Your school administrator grants access in Users & Privileges. Stock changes when a purchase is saved or a sale is completed. Parent orders reserve no stock until delivery. Check the displayed totals before confirming a financial action.
