Choose your Admission Queries batch transfer view

Choose a view for the existing selected-student batch transfer form.

Open the selected-student form

Open Admission Queries, select the students and use Batch Transfer. The form uses the students already selected from that list. Without a selection it returns to Admission Queries. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.

Choose your layout

Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps your selected students, current choices and page address; it does not submit a transfer.

Choose the changes

Choose the Campus, Class, Section, Session or Fee Plan that you want to apply. Class and fee-plan choices follow the selected campus; section choices follow the campus and class. A field left blank keeps the student’s current value; it does not clear that value. At least one change is required.

Loading choices

In the new view, the form waits while its choices load or an update is pending. Your selection and choices remain in place. If a required choice list fails, use Retry batch transfer reads to retry the failed lists. Classic keeps its original loading behavior.

Update the selected students

Press Update to submit the existing batch update. There is no extra confirmation step. When the request succeeds, the page returns to Admission Queries. A capacity review can hold the transfer for approval, so a successful response does not always mean every selected student has already moved. Keep the original response message and check the resulting records.

Print

This form adds no Print or export action. Browser printing keeps the original rendered form scope. Changing layout does not print automatically.
