Open Student Distribution Summary
Open Dashboard → Student Distribution Summary from the report shortcuts.
Classic opens first unless you saved another choice. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. Make this my default or Make old layout my default saves your own institute-specific choice for this report; other users keep theirs. Explicit layout links override the saved choice for that visit. A failed save preserves the previous default and offers Retry.
Choose the existing scope
Campus and Class filters apply immediately to the original loaded distribution and recalculate its totals. Class order retains the original ascending/descending class-name and class-ID choices, with sections grouped. Reset filters restores All Campuses, All Classes and ascending class order. Pending/error hides stale rows, totals and print content; Retry reloads the original report.
Review and Print
Section rows and Class Total rows retain the original gender/group values and zero counts. Complete filtered campus and grand totals are independent of local grid search and pagination. Browser Print or Save as PDF includes the complete original campus/class-filtered and ordered report, including every row beyond the grid page. No new sorting, file export or Print action is added. This presentation does not change student status, access or send messages.
