Open the blank form
Open Admissions → Admission Queries, then use Blank Form without selecting a student. This opens the school’s configured blank admission form for Admission Queries. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps the same form and page address.
Use the configured form
The form uses its existing school header, form content and footer. It can differ from the built-in blank forms under All Students and Students By User. Opening or switching this page does not admit a student or save admission details. If the configured form cannot be loaded, the existing message and return to Admission Queries remain.
Use the browser’s Print command for the existing configured blank form. The new view’s layout controls are hidden on paper. No new print button, automatic print or different form template is added.
