Finance → Fee Defaulters Total Amount
Choose Number of Months to see students with that many distinct billed months still unpaid. Five or more months share the 5+ filter. A partially paid month counts once; a paid or fully discounted challan does not count. Future Challans controls whether future billed months are included. Summary cards cover all filtered students, not only the current page.
Set Promise Date to review the existing payment promises and remarks. Clear follow-up filters removes the month and promise selections. Payment and message actions retain their existing workflow.
Dashboard → Widgets → Library: add Aging Pending Fees and Promise to Pay. Aging shows 1, 2, 3 and 4+ pending months, excluding future challans. Click a bucket to open the filtered report. Promise to Pay shows today’s promises and existing remarks; Open report shows all matches. Widgets do not send messages.
