Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching on this page keeps its draft filters and page address. Other links keep their original handling.
Original report scope
The applied account, campus and dates define opening and running balances. Get Record applies the original inquiry. Browser Print keeps the criteria and complete loaded transaction table. The new print view includes the existing transaction IDs as text; the original classic print can hide those buttons. IDs open the existing read-only details, whose failed reads offer Retry and whose Close remains usable. No export or paging is added.
Loading and recovery
The new layout hides stale report values and blocks controls while required data or options are loading or have failed. Retry reloads failed reads. Existing amounts, dates, access and query scope stay unchanged. A layout switch does not post or change a transaction.
