Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching on this page keeps its draft fields and page address. Other links keep their original handling.
Original entry scope
Set the start and end dates, then press Get Record. The applied dates and Switch Campus scope define the loaded entries. Original column filters, sorting, checked rows and read-only line details remain. Row Print opens the existing voucher in a separate tab. Browser Print keeps the loaded table. No paging or export is added.
Existing actions
Edit links and Delete Selected keep their original access, date and salary-link checks and confirmation. Switching layouts does not save or delete an entry.
Loading and recovery
While required reads or options are pending or have failed, the new layout blocks data controls and hides stale entry values. Retry reloads failed reads. If the server date cannot be read, recovery reloads the page. The existing dates, amounts and request scope stay unchanged.
