Relevant optional offers
When EDUBase enables this feature for your school, the owner may see one optional offer in a module with workflow records on two distinct days in the last fourteen days, including one in the last seven. This is school-level evidence, not proof of a particular staff member’s work. Login and navigation alone do not qualify. Already included features are never sold as trials.
Review before accepting
The offer names the feature, duration, subscription information and expiry consequences. Choose Review trial terms, accept the terms and Start trial. Trials start only after an owner accepts, once per school and feature, with no automatic billing. Not now snoozes for thirty days; Do not suggest this hides unstarted offers for this owner.
After expiry
Only new work in the specifically accepted add-on stops: admission query follow-ups, scheduled challan generation or new staff appraisal cycle work. Existing data, saved follow-ups, billing history, appraisals, reports, printing and exports remain accessible under normal permissions. Included and subscribed access always wins.
