Find a module from General
The management row starts with Dashboard, followed by Admissions, Exam & Attendance, HRM, Finance and General.
Open General and choose Front Desk, Extras, Library, Transport, Hostel or Canteen & POS. Library, Transport, Hostel and Canteen appear when enabled for the school. Other newer modules remain under New. General still has its existing notice, parent app, PTM, diary and house links.
Use the module sitemap
The module opens its existing page beside a left navigation list, in the same style as Institute Setup. Choose an option to open its page. The list stays when you open a form or detail. On a narrow screen, press All options above the page. Back and reload keep the page address.
Front Desk contains Student Pickup, visitors, Gate Entry, meetings, exit passes, reports and settings. Extras contains student tools, certificates, date sheets and reminders, plus a separate Students Not Currently Enrolled section for those fee pages.
Access and focused views
Each page keeps its existing permissions. No access means your school administrator must review your login's privileges. School portal restrictions are separate. Moving a link does not change payment, attendance, pickup or sending behavior. Gate Entry full-screen mode, embedded pages and printed output omit the sitemap.
Find a menu or a heading inside a page
Use Search menus in the top bar. Its icon, placeholder and typed text stay white when you click the box. Existing menu links keep working, and the search also includes mapped headings inside supported pages.
For example, type Award List and choose its heading result. It opens Exam & Attendance → Add Marks and SMS, where the Award List section lives. Heading results show their parent menu path.
The map includes static page headings and refreshes with each EMS frontend release. It does not search student or staff records, private data or headings made from live records. Dynamic sections and pages without mapped headings may still need you to open their parent menu first.
Each result keeps its parent page's permissions and school portal restrictions. If you cannot find a permitted page, ask your school administrator to check access. Searching does not grant access or send a message.
