Open the statement
Go to Finance → P & L Statement. The new workspace has Income and Expenses section tabs over the original report.
Classic opens first unless you saved another choice. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. Make this my default or Make old layout my default saves your own institute-specific choice for this report; other users keep theirs. Explicit layout links override the saved choice for that visit. Failed saves preserve the previous default and offer Retry.
Apply the original filters
The initial period is the first of this month through today. Choose From/To, Campus and Users, then Get Record. From must not exceed To. Selected campuses combine into one statement; blank Campus retains the permitted active campuses within the global campus switch. Users retain the original created/edited-by filter. Draft controls leave loaded criteria unchanged. Repeating Get Record refreshes the same scope; Retry reloads submitted filters or failed Campus/User options.
Read and Print
The original server Income, Expense and Profit/Loss totals, account visibility, grouping and signed values remain. Account links retain loaded date and single-campus GL Inquiry context. Search and pagination affect only one section; totals stay complete. Browser Print includes all original loaded rows, criteria and branding, independent of section tabs, search or pages. The inherited printed Campus label may say All Campuses while the global campus switch narrows the scope; use the workspace loaded-scope label when comparing reports.
Pending/error hides stale report and print content; an applied Campus outside the current switch must be changed before Get Record. No new Print action, sorting or export is added. Existing access and requests remain; changing layout does not post or edit records.
