Open the detailed fee report
Go to Admissions → Detail Fee Report. Choose Campus, Classes, Sections, Sessions, Genders and Start/End months. End must be later than Start; the original range limit remains. Keep the original enrolled/all-student and student-order options, then click Generate report.
The original page opens first unless you saved another choice. Try the new layout opens the workspace; View old layout returns to the original report. Make this my default or Make old layout my default saves your own choice at this institute. Each report has a separate choice; other users keep their defaults. Retry a failed save; the previous default remains.
Choose the month basis
Challan month wise selects challan_month including both selected months. Otherwise challan due dates run from the first day of Start month through the last day of End month. This choice changes the challan group, not the payment calculations.
Pble means payable, Disc discount, Rem remaining, TMP This Month Payment and TMD This Month Discount. Paid and Disc follow linked challans; TMP and TMD keep their original payment/discount-date month rules. All six monthly and total values, account-specific adjustments and Grand Total remain the existing report calculations.
Search and Print
Draft filter changes do not change the loaded result until Generate report. Generating the same filters reloads it; Retry uses the applied filters. Local search and pages change only the student grid. Complete monthly/overall totals and Print use the complete loaded report, including every original student and period. No new grid sorting or export is added; the original student-order choice remains.
Loading, errors or invalid scope hide stale rows and Print. A global campus scope change requires Generate report for the current scope. Print retains the original full tables, branding and financial cells. Changing layouts does not alter charges, take payments, send reminders or grant access.
