Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. These three reports share one layout choice. Switching on the same report keeps its filters, page size, page number and checked rows. Existing links to other screens keep their original handling.
Original report scope
The existing report uses students and family numbers. Family subtotals and the Grand Total are calculated from the loaded server page, so a family may continue on another page. Column filters, sorting, page size and All Students keep their original requests. The existing family-number link opens family payment separately. No payment action is added here.
Files and browser Print
Excel and PDF export checked rows, or the loaded grid when none are checked. Browser Print includes all loaded rows and their original totals regardless of checked rows; it does not fetch more pages. The original wide report may need browser landscape or scaling. Search, paging and column choices retain their original behavior.
Loading and recovery
In the new layout, failed or pending report and column-setting reads hide stale rows and print and block report controls. Retry loads the failed query again. Existing access and financial values remain unchanged.
