Four reports under Admissions, and the difference between them is collected versus charged. "Aaj ki collection kitni hui?" or "is hafte ki fee report chahiye" is the collected side; "is class par kitna charge hua" is the charged side:

Fee Intimation is a forward look
Admissions › Fee Intimation is run by campus, month and class, and shows what has been billed with a campus summary. It is about money expected, not money received — so it will not match a collection report, and it is not supposed to.
Steps
- Go to Admissions and open the report that matches your question
- Set the campus, month or date range, and class
- Generate, then print or export
Common confusion
"Two reports give different totals." Almost always one is counting charges and the other payments. Check which you opened before assuming a figure is wrong.
"Today's collection looks short." Payments recorded against an earlier date sit on that date, not today. Widen the range.
"I want one student's payments, not a report." Use Admissions › Payment History.
"The Day Wise Paid Challans export has no fee details." The per-challan breakdown lives in the Detail column. Make that column visible in grid settings — or pick it in Columns for Export — then export again: each row carries its particulars, e.g. Tuition Fee=6500, Annual Charges=4000. A blank Detail column only means that column was not selected for the export.
