Four summary screens. Each totals the same money a different way, and none of them is a per-student list.
| Screen | Totals by |
|---|---|
| Class Wise Fee Report | class |
| Month Wise Fee Report | month |
| Monthly Particular Wise Fee Report | particular, month by month |
| Tuition Fee Report | tuition only, other heads excluded |
Picking one
- Class Wise — har class ka kitna banta hai, and one class compared against another
- Month Wise — how the year is moving, month by month, for the owner
- Monthly Particular Wise — kaunse head se kitna aaya: how much transport actually brings in
- Tuition Fee Report — sirf tuition ka total alag, undistorted by admission and annual heads
Totals, not names
These give you figures. When you need the individual students behind a figure, that is a different screen — per-student payments live under Payment History, and the chasing lists are their own reports.
Billed or received
Check the filter before quoting a number. These can total what was billed or what was received, and the gap between them is your outstanding money. Copying from the wrong one is how a collection target gets reported as met when it was not.
Common confusion
"Two of them disagree." One is totalling charges and the other payments, or they cover different date ranges.
"A class is blank." Nothing was generated for it in that period.
"Tuition here does not match the class-wise figure." It should not — every other head is excluded.
