Start with the timetable
EDUBase must first enable this feature for your school in CRM Dashboard → Feature Rollout → Lecture delivery and salary. It starts off. Use General → Timetable → Timetable Setup and Timetable Builder to assign each period to its teacher. Breaks, short-day periods and the Holiday Calendar are respected. Lectures are captured for today and the next six days, before they start; past lectures are never invented. Keep the timetable up to date before the school day starts.
Teacher confirms delivery
Teacher App → Time Table → Lectures lists only that teacher’s lectures. At the scheduled lecture end, the phone asks Have you delivered this lecture? Choose Delivered or Missed and optionally add a note within seven days. A saved answer is final. Unconfirmed means no answer, not missed. Local reminders need a recent app sync, notification permission and the phone running; Android power saving or being offline can delay them. Open Lectures to sync and confirm even if a reminder was delayed. No SMS, WhatsApp or server push is sent by this feature.
Owner or administrator reviews
EMS → HRM → Salary → Lecture Delivery, or Owner/Admin App → Reports → Staff & Payroll → Lecture delivery, shows scheduled, unconfirmed, delivered, missed and final reviews. A user needs Lecture Delivery to read, and Lecture Approval for a final decision, within the campuses granted for both privileges. Only an ended, teacher-confirmed Delivered lecture can be approved. Other ended lectures can be rejected. Final reviews cannot be changed here; check carefully before confirming. Future timetable edits refresh unconfirmed future lectures. Removed future lectures are cancelled; started, confirmed and reviewed history is retained.
Pay only approved lectures
Approval adds exactly one protected entry to HRM → Lecture Register. Do not enter the same teacher/date manually or import attendance as well. Reconcile an existing manual/imported entry before approval. The teacher’s Salary Plan must separately use Lecture-Wise Salary, with a fallback rate or Lecture Rates. Calculate/Generate Salary uses the existing rate rules and freezes paid lines; deleting a salary releases its lecture entries for regeneration. Turning this new feature off stops captures, reminders, confirmations and new reviews; it does not erase approved work or alter existing salaries. Fixed-salary teachers and schools that do not opt into lecture-wise salary retain their existing payroll behavior.
