Open Monthly Particular Wise Fee Report
Go to Reports → Monthly Particular Wise Fee Report.
The original page opens first unless you saved another choice. Try the new layout opens the workspace; View old layout returns to the original report. Make this my default or Make old layout my default saves your own choice at this institute. Each fee summary has a separate choice; other users keep their defaults. Retry a failed save; the previous default remains.
Choose the report scope
Choose Start and End months, including both endpoints. Challan groups use challan_month, while This month paid and discount use payment dates in that month. The grid shows campus, month and particular. Challans generated is the same month count repeated for each particular; do not add those repeated counts. Original campus and all-campus totals remain authoritative.
Click Generate report to apply the selected scope. Editing the month fields does not change an already loaded report until Generate report. Generating the same range reloads it. Retry loaded range retries the previously applied scope.
Review and Print
The local search box searches every loaded grid row, including rows on other pages. Page size and pagination change only the grid. Complete report totals retain the original report values regardless of search or page. The original sorting and export options remain off.
Print complete report uses the complete original report and its loaded range, including every original row and total. Local search and pagination never cut Print. Pending or failed loads hide stale rows, totals and Print. Changing layouts does not change fee amounts, take payments, send reminders or grant access.
