Open Admissions → Payment History.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching on the same page keeps its filters and report state. Existing links to other screens keep their original handling.
Original report scope
Submit the original challan-month range and choose Student or Family wise. Student rows use the current server page. Its Grand Total belongs to that page; an Overall Total appears only when returned by the server. Server paging, column filters and sorting keep their original behavior. Checked rows take priority for Excel and PDF; otherwise the loaded grid is exported. Browser Print keeps the loaded student table. Family search, group totals and expansion use loaded families; browser Print retains that rendered scope. Changing Student or Family wise keeps its original handling. Detail and Statement open their original screens.
Loading and recovery
The new layout hides stale report values and blocks controls while the report or its required options are loading or have failed. Retry reloads failed reads. Existing access and monetary values remain unchanged.
