Printing leaving certificates and student cards

Understand the separate student-status and unpaid-fee checks, open the payment screen, and check your campus logo before printing.

Print a document

Open Extras → Print Certificates or Date Sheets, choose the document and students, then press Print Selected Document. Preview the result before printing.

Leaving certificates: two separate checks

  1. Student must be inactive: a currently enrolled student cannot receive a leaving certificate. Review their status in Manage Students. Change it only when the student has actually left, graduated or been suspended, then select the student again.
  2. Outstanding fees must be cleared: the fee warning shows each unpaid student's name, SID and outstanding amount. If your account can view fee challans, Go to Pay opens that student's payment screen. Clear the dues through the usual payment process, return to the certificate selection and select the student again to refresh the balance.

For a mixed selection, the status warning appears first. You can explicitly continue with the inactive students, then print the eligible students whose fees are clear. The warnings name the students excluded from printing. Only certificates actually prepared for eligible students are added to Extras → Certificates Logs.

These checks do not change student status or record a payment. A temporarily frozen fee is still an outstanding debt; it must be cleared before a leaving certificate is issued.

School logo on Student Card New

The card uses the selected student's campus logo. If its thumbnail is absent or cannot load, the original logo is used when available. If both files are missing, update that campus's branding and print again. A different campus's logo is never substituted.

Check the logo and student details in the preview and in the printed copy or PDF. Template wording is managed under Admin → Manage Certificates.
