Open Return Security
Open HRM → Salary → Security Payment & Return, then choose the existing record’s Return action.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. Switching views retains current inputs and the page address; it does not return security or change financial records. The list, return form and Detail share this layout choice. Original child links and Back navigation stay unchanged.
Original security scope
Keep the original employee, Return Salary Month, return date, new return amount and retained amount. New amounts start at zero; selecting the month and entering a date are required by the original action. The original remaining figure and numeric payload stay unchanged. Return Security records the original transaction. Back returns to the previous page. This authenticated form uses browser Print; it has no active Pay & Print Security button or automatic printing. The original month selection was visible in Print on a fresh page but could disappear after visiting a report. Both layouts now retain that month selection in Print. Form values stay in the original print scope; Return Security and Back remain hidden.
Loading and recovery
The new view disables data controls while required active reads or actions are pending. Retry approval reads retries the exact failed active reads. A later read failure hides stale values while retaining the original form or table. Back keeps its original behavior where the page body is available.
Original scope
Print retains the original rendered fields and returned rows. Original amounts, dates, permissions, filters and grid settings remain unchanged. No new financial action or export scope is added.
