HRM → Pay/Print Salary → Partial Pay on the existing generated salary record. The existing record address and access checks remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. Switching views keeps your current form drafts and page address. Existing access checks and financial rules remain unchanged.
Original payment and history
Use the original paid date, credit account, debit account and amount. The amount begins from the original remaining salary when the field is empty; switching views does not replace a current amount draft. Total paid remains the original net salary minus remaining salary. Pay and Pay & SMS retain their original difference, entered values and Teacher App Notification choice. No new confirmation or automatic payment is added. Original transaction history stays attached to the requested salary record. During a refresh or read failure, the new view hides the form and history while retaining your current draft. Retry salary reads reloads the failed data.
Loading and recovery
The new view temporarily disables controls while required salary data is loading or an action is pending. Retry salary reads reloads the failed required data for the current view. Classic retains its original loading and error presentation. Action failures keep their original buttons for a deliberate retry; changing layouts does not automatically repeat a calculation, payment, save or print request.
Native Print
Native Print keeps the existing printable scope, margins and control visibility. No new paper format, export or permission is added.
