Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. Switching views keeps your current form drafts and page address. Existing access checks and financial rules remain unchanged.
Original calculation and confirmation
Choose the original salary month, campus, employee, attendance deduction and prorated salary options. Show Employees loads the original selection. The background eligible-employee lookup keeps its original empty fallback if unavailable; it does not become a new required-read failure. Select employees and use Calculate Salaries to preview the original calculation. Monthly versus daily attendance source choices, allowances, deductions, compensation and notes keep their original rules and entered values. Confirm is the original step that saves calculated salaries; calculation alone is not a successful save. Existing SMS, WhatsApp, contact and Teacher App Notification choices keep their original availability and defaults, including the original enabled Teacher App Notification choice. No notification or payment is triggered by switching layouts.
Loading and recovery
The new view temporarily disables controls while required salary data is loading or an action is pending. Retry salary reads reloads the failed required data for the current view. Classic retains its original loading and error presentation. Action failures keep their original buttons for a deliberate retry; changing layouts does not automatically repeat a calculation, payment, save or print request.
Native Print
Native Print keeps the existing printable scope, margins and control visibility. No new paper format, export or permission is added.
