Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless another default is saved. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. This family shares its own layout choice across the list, Create, Update and View. Explicit layout links override the saved default for a visit. Failed preference saves retain the previous choice and offer Retry.
Switching on the same child keeps its identifier, query values, hash, navigation state and same mounted form engine. Existing list actions and Back links remain their original bare destinations. List filters and page position may reset when switching layouts.
Original rules and recovery
The list keeps original server filters and client sorting, with 50 displayed rows by default. Excel, PDF and browser Print use the displayed page; there is no row-selection or full-list export. Existing Create, View, Edit and confirmed Delete actions and access rules are unchanged. Loading or a failed request hides stale rows/print and blocks callbacks, including a Delete confirmation accepted after the request becomes blocked. Retry repeats the original query.
Browser Print
Browser Print retains the original loaded/displayed scope described above. No new dedicated Print, export, permission, message or financial action is added. Layout switching does not save a record.
