Open HRM → Add Approval → Advance Salary.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching on this page keeps the current inputs and page address. Switching views does not approve, reject, revert, create or pay an advance. Other links keep their original destinations.
Original records and actions
The existing server page starts with 50 rows and keeps its original column filters, sorting, checked rows and grid settings. Excel and PDF use checked rows when present, otherwise the loaded page. Browser Print keeps the original loaded grid. Create New opens the original form. Approve and Reject keep their original confirmation and status actions; Revert keeps its original confirmation and financial action. The original Pay Advance button on an approved row opens that record. Original permissions remain unchanged.
Loading and recovery
Required reads and pending row actions disable the related controls in the new layout. Failed required reads offer Retry for the failed read. Loading grid settings retain the table state while hiding it. Switching both ways retains table filters, sorting, the selected page and checked rows.
