Admin → School Setup → Update existing data (and the Admin → Upload … pages) update data that is already in EDUBase from a sheet: students by SID, fee plans, first-time arrears and challan payments.
Who can use it
Only staff given the Admin :: Bulk Uploads privilege in Admin → Users & Privileges. An upload overwrites what is there, so give it only to the people who should.
How it works
Download the template, fill it, and import. Updating students needs sid as the first column followed only by the columns you want to change. The import runs in the background and the row-by-row report is emailed to you.
