Open Daily Snapshot Report
Go to Finance → Daily Snapshot Report. Existing access rules remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. Switching views retains current inputs and the page address; it does not capture new snapshots or change stored history.
Original historical scope
Choose From date, To date and Campus, then Show history. The original report reads nightly captured figures; it does not rebuild history from today's live records. The server supplies the first history date, currently 2 August 2026. Closing strength and Fee expected, Fee collected and Outstanding use the last captured day's position. Admitted and Left cover the range; attendance combines recorded counts, and income, expense and net totals cover that range.
Classes and Students
Classes expands the original dated campus breakdown. Students opens the stored roster for that day and selected class or campus. All and the original status counts describe the whole selection; status filters and Previous/Next change the displayed roster page. The original request loads 100 students per page. Historical class and status remain from the stored roster; current records supply names and identifiers where available. Layout switching retains the open breakdown, roster choices and current inputs. No selection, Excel/PDF export or new paging capability is added.
Recovery and Print
Loading and unavailable-history messages keep their original meaning. In the new view, protected data controls are disabled during active reads; Retry snapshot reads retries the exact failed active read. Failed summary tables and figures are hidden while the original engine and choices are retained. Native Print keeps the currently rendered report, including any open class breakdown or displayed roster page; it does not load every roster page. Existing Close remains usable. Original paper scope and access rules remain unchanged.
