EDUBase Admin App
Use the Admin App for daily school work from an Android phone. Download it from General → EDUBase App Links → EDUBase Admin. Your school owner must grant access before you sign in.
School owner: grant or revoke access
Open Core Settings → Users & Privileges → Admin App access in EMS, or tap your avatar → Settings · Admin App access in the Owner App. Search for a staff login, turn access on, and choose all modules or selected modules. The app uses the staff member’s existing EMS privileges and campus access. Enabling app access does not grant additional screen privileges. Selecting no modules leaves only the app shell available.
Turning access off signs the person out. Module changes apply on their next request. The list shows the last recorded app use. Changes record who made them and when in the school activity log.
Limits
The Admin App cannot manage users or their privileges, owner profile or contact settings, subscription or billing, account deletion, or school-wide destructive settings. The owner uses the Owner App. Critical student, fee, employee, payroll, class and exam records cannot be deleted through the Admin App, including direct requests. The AI assistant follows the staff member’s EMS privileges and modules and has no full database mode.
If access is refused, ask the school owner to check app access, selected modules and the relevant EMS screen privileges. The Admin App does not receive Owner App notifications.
Reports that combine student, fee, attendance or finance information need the related screen privileges and module access together. Saved AI reports belong to the signed-in user and their current Admin App scope; after access or privileges change, ask the assistant again to create a fresh report. Full-school cached Owner briefs, insights and Owner push settings remain in the Owner App.
