Open the page
Open General → EDUBase App Links. Existing access remains unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. Switching views keeps your page address and the app links information you have open; it does not install an app, open a store or copy a link.
Find an app
The cards show the apps available to your school. Read each app name, version and any release notes. A card without an available link says Not published yet and its buttons stay unavailable. The list can differ between schools.
Open or share a link
Use Open Play Store for a store app. Use Download APK or Download for Windows when that is the button shown for the app. These are separate actions from Copy link. Copy link copies the same store or download link so you can share it yourself; it does not send a message. Download links follow the current published build. Switching views does not press any of these buttons.
If the list cannot load
The original loading message stays in place while the list loads. If the list is empty or unavailable, the original Parents App, Teacher App, QR Attendance App and Owner App store cards remain available without a fetched version. The Parents App fallback keeps the store link for your school. No new app-list Retry button is added.
Keep your place
Switching views keeps the current cards and the expanded or closed page explanation. No app filter, selection, export or installation control is added.
Native Print
Native Print keeps the original rendered cards and control visibility. No new paper format is added.
