HRM → Manage Employees → Edit
The Official Profile Photo control is always available while editing an employee. Choose JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB and check the preview, then save. Remove Image clears the photo when saved; Undo removal restores the previous image before saving. The Registered Face (Gate) is a separate attendance enrollment.
