Exam & Att › Examination Reports. The two pills sit under the filters, above the report cards, and they are remembered for the whole school.
Sort By — the student list
This is how students are listed on every report:
- Class Position — 1st, 2nd, 3rd in the class.
- Section Position — 1st, 2nd, 3rd in the section.
- Section Wise — one section after another (Red, then Blue), then SID inside each section.
- SID Wise — student ID order.
Order — the subjects in the body
This is the list of subjects and marks inside the Result Card, Combined Subject Report and the other reports on this screen:
- Exam Date-wise — the subject whose exam date comes first is listed first. Subjects on the same date are A→Z.
- Subject Wise — A→Z by subject name, ignoring the exam date.
Both pills apply to every report on this screen, not only the Result Card. Preview, Generate and the print tab all use the same choice.
Choose the term printed on a Result Card
- All Test Types is one separate choice meaning every exam.
- To print one term, select that term by name. Its name is added to the Result Card automatically; do not rename the Branding header for each term.
- Selecting more than one exam prints one subject row per exam entry. Result Card does not condense an older exam into a one-line total, percentage and grade summary.
For a weighted final across terms, use Term Wise Report after the school's Test Type Weightage has been configured. For separate unweighted terms, generate a Result Card for each term.
