Open Family SMS Report
Go to Exam & Attendance → Attendance Report heading → Family SMS Report. Attendance Report is a section heading, not a separate clickable page. Existing access rules remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. Switching views retains current inputs, checked message IDs, local table choices and the page address. It does not send or change any messages.
Original table scope
The original request asks for up to 100000 log rows. Search, column filters, sorting and page length apply locally to returned rows; the default page length is 100. Excel and PDF use all filtered returned rows, independently of checked rows. Native Print uses the displayed page and original headers, status and controls. No new server paging, export or selection behavior is added. Live paging validation was inconclusive; fixture tests prove local table state continuity, not live pager success.
Original actions
Only rows with a message ID can be checked. Selected IDs retain their original raw values and are deduplicated. Resend SMS and Disable Selected SMS use those IDs; Delete Selected SMS and Delete Sent SMS retain the original confirmation. Send Testing SMS opens the original Contact No. and SMS dialog; Save keeps the original required values and request behavior. These actions can queue or change real messages; changing a layout does not invoke them. Family Resend keeps its existing backend behavior and does not re-queue a family receipt message.
Recovery and Print
The new view disables protected controls during active reads or actions. Retry SMS reads retries the exact failed active log read. A previously loaded table stays mounted behind the original loading or failure message, retaining its choices and checked rows. Existing dialog Close remains usable. Original native Print scope and page inset remain; populated employee paper output was not tested live because message and response text can contain credentials. Local fixture tests do not replace that physical gate.
