Yes to all three. The Parents App has a PTM tile on its home screen, and the meeting notification, the child's report and the feedback form all sit behind it. Walid ya walida ko meeting ka poora record app hi mein milta hai.
The two notifications a parent gets
- When the PTM event is published — the event's name, then "Parent-teacher meeting on" with that class meeting's day, date and start time, and "Please see the app for details." It is sent only if Notify parents was ticked on the event, only on the publish itself, and once per child — editing the event afterwards notifies nobody again.
- When the teacher saves that child's evaluation — "Your child's PTM report is ready in the app." This one fires once per child, so a teacher correcting a spelling three days later does not message the family a second time.
Both are app notifications, not SMS, and neither carries any of the report's words: a notification is read on a lock screen by whoever is holding the phone, so the grade, the remarks and the weak subjects stay inside the app. A family whose app has never been signed in on a phone has no device to notify, so no notification reaches them — they still see everything the next time they open the app.
What the report shows
The meeting's name, the class and the date, then attendance, who came, the overall grade, what was discussed, strengths, weak areas, areas for improvement, suggestions, and the subject-wise performance with marks.
**The teacher's Complaint box is NOT shown to parents.** It is the teacher's note to the school about the family, and it stays inside the school.
A child's report appears only once the teacher has actually written the evaluation and left Share with parent ticked. A teacher can withhold one report by unticking it before saving; the rest of the class is unaffected.
The feedback form
It appears only when all three are true:
- the school is taking PTM feedback (on by default),
- the parent is recorded by the teacher as having attended, and
- the event's feedback window is open.
When it does not appear, the app says why — "Feedback can be given only for a meeting you attended", "The feedback window for this meeting has closed", or "You have already sent your feedback". A parent can change their answer until the window shuts.
Schools read the replies on the web at General › PTM Report › Parent feedback, and in the owner app.
