Where to look
HRM › Salary › Lecture-Wise Salary Report. Read-only — it changes nothing.
🔴 Two kinds of row, and the difference matters
- Paid — the month has a generated salary. The numbers are the ones frozen when that salary was made, so this report always agrees with the salary slip, even after somebody changes a rate later.
- Not calculated yet — no salary generated for that month. The numbers are worked out live and can still change: approving more lectures, adding a rate or editing an entry will all move them.
Reading a row
Click any row for the lecture-by-lecture detail behind the amount — the breakdown by class and subject, and every entry in the register for that month with its status. This is what to open when a teacher asks how a figure was reached.
On a "Not calculated yet" row, lectures still waiting for approval are shown separately and are not included in the amount. Lectures with no rate are flagged in red — they count as zero until a rate exists.
Printing
Print prints on your institute's General Branding letterhead, like the other finance reports. The filters and the guidance panel are not printed.
