Open Create Certificate Template
Open Core Settings → Manage Certificates, then use the existing Create action.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless a different default is saved. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. The certificate family shares its choice across its list, Create, Update and View. Explicit layout links override the saved default for that visit. Failed preference saves retain the previous choice and offer Retry.
On the same child, switching retains its identifier, query values, hash, navigation state and mounted form draft. Existing Create, View, Update, Cancel and breadcrumb links remain their original bare destinations. List filters may reset when switching.
Original fields and recovery
Keep Name, Campus and the three original Header, Body and Footer rich editors. Campus and name validation and raw multipart save fields remain. Blank imported sections remain editable. Editors commit their draft on blur; switching can blur an editor without submitting the form.
Loading, saving or failed record/options metadata hides stale fields and print and guards callbacks. Retry repeats the failed query. Original missing-ID navigation and existing Back links remain.
Browser Print
Keep the original displayed-page list, form fields or complete saved View values. Added help and context stay hidden, and original hidden actions remain hidden. No new dedicated Print or message-send action is added. Layout choice does not save a record.
