Open General → Parent App Privileges.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. Switching views retains current inputs and the page address; it does not reveal a code, create a link or save an access rule. Each Parent App page has its own layout choice.
Original rules and student scope
Keep the original campus-specific rules, overdue-month thresholds and allow, warn or block levels. Protected features keep their existing limits. The original preview and submitted student filters remain separate; the student request asks for 50 rows. Manage opens the original student access dialog with manual levels, reason, message and expiry. Save changes and confirmed Remove all manual settings keep their original raw values and access rules. Switching views retains open dialogs and current drafts.
Loading and recovery
The new view disables data controls while required active reads or local actions are pending. Retry Parent App reads retries the exact failed active reads. Warm forms, cards and tables stay mounted during loading or failure. Unavailable data stays hidden or disabled; original Close controls remain usable in open access dialogs.
Original scope
Print retains the original rendered rules, student table and open form scope. Original permissions, automatic rule precedence, manual overrides and protected features remain unchanged. No selection, bulk action or new export is added.
