Choose your SMS Blaster layout

Choose a layout for the existing SMS Blaster.

Open SMS Blaster

Go to Exam & Attendance → Attendance Report heading → SMS Blaster. Existing access rules remain unchanged.

Choose your layout

Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep the previous choice and offer Retry. The four SMS Blaster contact pages share one choice. Switching views retains current inputs and the page address; it does not send messages or save contacts.

Original sender and list

Add Contacts accepts space-separated numbers. Checked saved contacts take priority over typed numbers. The original sender deduplicates nonempty numbers, preserves the message text and selected SMS App, Branded SMS or WhatsApp medium, and shows the unique-recipient confirmation before sending. SMS App is the original default. Sending still uses the existing queue or gateway rules; a layout change never sends.

The existing contacts request omits page and per-page parameters, using the huge original default of 100000000000. It returns matching contacts under the existing server rules. The table keeps column filters, checked contacts and existing row View, Update and confirmed Delete actions. Sorting, paging, page-length controls, Excel and PDF are disabled; no such capability is added.

Recovery and Print

The new view disables protected sender controls during active reads or sending. Retry contact reads retries the exact failed active contact read. Original Create navigation remains available when contact reads fail, including an empty-contact 404; protected sender controls remain guarded. Sender drafts and the original table hosts remain mounted while unavailable data is hidden. Shared table and row-action internals retain their original checks. Native Print keeps the original rendered scope and page inset; populated paper output was not tested live because contacts and messages are sensitive.
